Interviews are a crucial part of your job search. UltimateSkills’ unique interactive interviewing process involves video recording and the guidelines below are provided to help maximize your performance. An interview is essentially an exchange of information between people conducted in a conversational manner and interviewers’ value the following candidate qualities:

We help your employer find you a home

Don’t worry, UltimateSkills will keep in touch with you throughout the entire relocation process, from the time you are offered a position, to the moment you step off the plane.

UltimateSkills works closely with you to meet your needs and we work with your new employer to source suitable accommodation in your new destination. We endeavour to ensure accommodation is close to transport networks and near your place of work, which is affordable and of reasonable standard so you can settle in quickly and easily.

We pick you up from the airport

When you arrive we would have already ensured your documents are fully prepared so you can embark on your new life without a fuss. We also meet you when you arrive in Australia, to welcome you and take you safely to your accommodation.

We help you settle in

• provide you with a local orientation;
• provide you with a welcome pack – to get you through the first 24 hours;
• open a bank account for you;
• advise you on drivers license requirements;
• organise a mobile sim card for you;
• organise your private health insurance;
• we advise you on Medicare benefits available to you;
• organise your tax file numbers;
• provide you with a booklet on Australian life (or the specific town/ locality you’ll be located in);
• deliver you to your accommodation;
• introduce you to your new employer; and
• provide ongoing assistance when and if you need it.
