Maybel's Story

My career path with UltimateSkills is going really well!

And I can honestly say - I love working with UltimateSkills.

My journey at UltimateSkills began in the Philippines, for almost 2 years I worked in a number of roles commencing as an Encoder and progressing through to a Video Interviewer. Being a video interviewer allowed me to meet new people and learn from them. I was then given an opportunity to handle a much bigger role as a Recruitment Specialist and an IELTS instructor for quite sometime where I was responsible for the English language testing review which was another great opportunity for me.

Now I am in Australia working as an Account Manager. This is a challenging role in a different environment dealing with different cultures. 

I still can't believe that I have gone this far. I now have a 457 visa to work in Australia with UltimateSkills - a dream come true for me!

I am very grateful to my superiors who really believe in me and seen the potential in me.
